All new members of our cleaning team after training must pass a practical test for making sure they cover all quality standart of Shinyclean.We do not employ the cleaners.They are mainly self-employed and fully insured.The payment of Tax and NI is their own responsibility.But all the cleaners are fully screened from our reqruitment agents before giving them job.
